We believe in making our customers number one! Because we are so committed to you we will offer you a 30 day guarantee. If the same problem comes back, we will come back and fix the issue for free.
This 30 day guarantee only covers repeated problems within a 30 day period. As an
example if we come out and fix your computer because it was freezing, and it happens
again within the 30-day period we will come out and fix the issue for free. However
if it was freezing the first time we came out, and is now having another problem
such as slowness or a virus this would not be covered under this guarantee.
If we replace or install hardware for you the hardware is covered under the manufacturer's
warranty only, we do not guarantee hardware with this 30 day guarantee. We would be happy to help you install it again if something happens with the hardware previously installed for a lower rate.
