We have two payment plans available:
- You can chose our low rate of $50.00 an hour. This is perfect for jobs where the
issue is small like installing RAM, which shouldn't take much time. This option
is billed with 1 hour minimum and after the 1 hour it's only $0.8333 cents a minute.
- You can also chose our flat rate of $199.00 per issue. We define an issue as a unique
call for support. If you call and say there's 10 things you want done at one time,
that is one unique call for support. If you call 10 times with different issues
that is 10 different unique calls for support.
- We also have discounts available for repeat support requests. If
you're loyal to us, we'll make it worth your business.
We will suggest the option that best matches your needs and your budget. We don't
want to over charge you for a support call if we don't need to.
